Order Processing

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or handling issues caused by third-party carriers.

Order Cancellations

Orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled or modified after processing begins. Because our fulfillment process starts quickly, we are unable to accept cancellation requests after an order has been submitted. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

All items are carefully packaged prior to shipment. In rare cases, damage or defects may occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging

Each case is reviewed individually. Resolutions may include a partial refund or full refund, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local authorities. We are not responsible for delays or charges related to customs clearance or inspections.

Returns & Refunds

All return, refund, and partial refund requests are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Return eligibility, refund type, and return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the item and supplier. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
